You will receive an email with a link to your personalized patient portal. From there you will fill out the designated intake forms. You will then be fully ready for your first visit.

Your initial visit will be 60 minutes face-to-face, in order for Dr. Vincent to perform an extensive interview and psychiatric assessment. Visit length thereafter will be agreed upon depending on your needs.

Yes, your treatment is always completely confidential. In order to release any information you will have to sign a consent form to allow Dr. Vincent to communicate any of your information to outside sources. The only exception to this is if there is an acute danger to yourself or others. In such a case, we are legally bound to notify authorities.

Yes. Dr. Vincent has completed full adult psychiatric training and then went on to complete an additional specialized fellowship in the evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults in order to provide the highest standard of care.

We accept cash, check, and credit payments at this time. Payment in full is expected at time of service.

Dr. Vincent does not accept insurance of any kind at this time. Vincent Medical Group can submit a receipt of services rendered to your insurance company at the end of each month for possible out-of-network reimbursement or deductible reduction. Dr. Vincent cannot guarantee this reimbursement, but many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of such visits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to determine coverage.

In respect of all patients, individuals arriving more than 10 minutes late for a visit may be rescheduled and may be charged for their visit. That said, life can often disrupt the most well-meaning efforts and the circumstances involved will be taken into consideration. Beyond this, any cancellations of or changes to scheduled appointments must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the appointment. Three late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled appointments may result in termination of care.
