TELEPSYCHIATRY VISITS

Available for all visit types, including initial evaluations where necessary due to COVID-19.

Available upon request at the
above-mentioned rates with a $5 per visit service charge.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Phone calls with patient or collateral sources (including providers, schools, prescription calls and prior authorizations, etc.), as well as paperwork completion/submission, are charged based on time spent.

Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Vincent does not accept insurance of any kind at this time. Vincent Medical Group can submit a receipt of services rendered to your insurance company at the end of each month for possible out-of-network reimbursement or deductible reduction. Dr. Vincent cannot guarantee this reimbursement, but many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of such visits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to determine coverage.

What if I miss or have to cancel an appointment?

In respect of all patients, individuals arriving more than 10 minutes late for a visit may be rescheduled and may be charged for their visit. That said, life can often disrupt the most well-meaning efforts and the circumstances involved will be taken into consideration. Beyond this, any cancellations of or changes to scheduled appointments must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the appointment. Three late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled appointments may result in termination of care.
